MDD is a healthcare engineering consultancy company specializing in biomedical and healthcare engineering services with resourceful professionals in consolidation of engineering expertise applied for the management, project and maintenance of engineering facilities in the clinical engineering and healthcare environment.

NOW THEREFORE, both SGS HK and MDD intend to establish a strategic cooperation to provide a joint platform to offer professional healthcare engineering services and certification for the facilities to meet requirements of CAP 633 based on the established standards of Health Technical Memorandum ("HTM") and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers ("ASHRAE") standards in Hong Kong for the purpose of the mutual benefit.
